We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover Cards, as well as School Purchase Orders, on all online orders. Our payment term for School Purchase Orders is “Net 30”. When using a School Purchase Order online, please do not mail or fax a confirming or duplicate Purchase Order to avoid the potential of double shipping your order. Also, please be certain to include all leading letters or numbers that are on your official Purchase Order when you enter the P.O. number on the order form. That’s why if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a prompt refund, exchange or account credit. No questions asked. You can return any product for any reason, any time. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If the product is defective, we'll reimburse you for the shipping charges.
It's easy! Just send it back and tell us if you want an exchange for another product, a replacement, a credit or a refund. Also, it helps us a lot if you could include the packing slip (if you still have it). Please take the time to tell us why you're returning the item so we can do a better job of meeting your needs and expectations. PLEASE package the items just as good as it was when we sent it to you. Maps are heavy, and we will all be sad if they are ruined when returned to us.
